Who ever said yoga is for the faint hearted? Yoga Sculpt classes are all about pushing, lifting and pulling. This up-beat class makes use of hand weights and is usually conducted in a mildly heated studio so you will definitely leave dripping from head to toe. This is a great yoga class to get the blood pumping and build on your strength. This class is suitable for all levels, but definitely make sure that you have mentally prepared yourself that this is going to be a not so traditional yoga class.

NEW MOMS TRYING TO SHAKE A FEW KILOS

For all those moms trying to get rid of their post pregnancy bellies, Moms & Tots is a great class to do just that whilst bonding with your baby. These postnatal yoga classes have a strong emphasis on alignment, recovery and strength. Moms looking to join this class should bring their baby, baby essentials (nappies, bottles, dummies, blankets etc), a small pillow or bolster for the baby to rest on as well as a yoga mat, towel and bottle of water.

FOR SOON TO BE MOMS

On the other side of the pregnancy scale, soon-to-be moms should join our Preggie Power yoga class – a class dedicated to posture, breathing, meditation and relaxation. The poses in these classes work on the strengthening and toning of the reproductive organs and pelvis to ensure that there will be a smooth pregnancy and easy active birth.
